INITIAL SITE VISIT
Typically the first step in any renovation project will be an initial site visit. The goal of the site visit is to assess your current space, take all necessary measurements and reference photos.
Using a laser measure, we are able to quickly get measurements and more easily measure ceiling heights for example. As we move through your space taking measurements, we simultaneously we simultaneously draft up your floor plan in our 3D modelling software so we can get all measurements as accurate as possible during our visit.
Our team continues to model up your space, and then the real fun begins, as we are now ready to start space planning! Space planning is all about designing the most optimal and layout and flow for your space.
We work with you to determine the most efficient, beautiful and functional use of your space. We’ll continue to fine tune the design, until all of us are happy with the design.
During this initial visit we will also often take reference photographs of your space and jot down any important notes as it pertains to your property and space planning.
