LAKESIDE LUXURY
MODLUX took on the role of designing the interior finishes, millwork, and exterior finishes of this luxury home on the Sproat Lake, BC. This project was one of the first projects that we used with our new rendering software Lumion.
Lumion is a 3D modelling program that connects with our drafting software allowing us to provide our clients with a 3D visual of how their home or building could look with various interior and exterior finishes. Lumion also has the capability of creating video walkthroughs, so we can show clients what it would feel like to move through their space before it’s even constructed. One of our favourite features in Lumion allows us to specify your house or building’s location (anywhere in the world) and show where the sun would be at different times of day, and in all seasons of the year.
The potential of this software is truly limitless, and we are very excited to continue to learn all the amazing features so our clients can really get a feel for the truest potential of their space.
