OUR FAVOURITE CANADIAN HOME DECOR STORES
While IKEA and Wayfair tend to be the go-to home retailers - because they are so well known and budget friendly - there are so many more options out there that are a bit of a level up quality wise, but still don’t break the bank. Below we have rounded up our favourite Canadian home retailers (with online shopping options) that we use for our own homes as well as client projects.
1. Bouclair
Bouclair Inc. is a privately owned Canadian company and a lifestyle brand that offers home fashion and decor products including furniture, window coverings, bedding, lighting, home accents, wall décor and seasonal products through its own retail stores across Canada and online. This is easily one our favourites (scroll down to see some of our recent purchases).
2. Structube
Structube is a Canadian retailer of moderately priced contemporary and modern home furniture and accessories. It was founded as a family business in 1974 and currently operates over 70 stores across Canada - in British Columbia there are several store locations in the Lower Mainland.
3. Article
Article is another great Canadian online retailer which has seen phenomenal growth in recent years and has launched an in-house delivery program in Canada. Article is a little bit more expensive that Structube or Bouclair, but still some great options and sales.
4. CB2
Retailer offering home furnishings in modern styles, plus accessories, decor, storage & wallpapers with retail store in Vancouver, BC. Their sister brand is Crate & Barrel.
